Short presentation of Telecom Business Solutions Ltd.
Telecom Business Solutions Ltd. is a company founded in the year of 2006 as a partner of Ericsson (Aastra) in the field of enterprise communication solutions. In the beginning the company decided to focus on working with the equipment of only one producer and began investing in specialization of its team. As a result during the same year of it's foundation it became the first officially certified reseller for Bulgaria and during the next two consecutive years it won recognition as one of the top resellers of Aastra.
Following its mission to offer contemporary communication solutions and in conformity with the world trends, in the end of 2008, the company broadened its product portfolio with the IP solutions of the world leader Cisco and after a series of successful certifications, Telecom Business Solutions Ltd. became Select Partner.
To provide the best service for its clients, during 2007 the company implemented a Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard, and since 2008 has security clearance certificate, which gives the ability to work on sites concerning the national security. From November 2009 Telecom Business Solutions Ltd. is certified and successfully implements an integrated system in accordance to the international standards for quality management - ISO 9001:2008 and Information Security Management System - 27001:2005. At the end of 2009 the company received certificate for registration for export and transfer of dual - use items and technologies.
Today Telecom Business Solutions Ltd. is not only a preferable partner for its clients, but also for the leading companies in the field of IT.
Following its strategy for 2009, the company added to its portfolio the Security solution for protection of mobile calls - Secuvoice, and in 2010 plans to further develop its solutions in the field of communication and information security.
