Sofia, 27.05.2010. - The Atlantic Club of Bulgaria will celebrate its 20th anniversary in a new office located in Vitosha Business Center. For the purpose of providing communications for the new office of ACB Telecom Business Solutions Ltd. supplied and installed latest generation telecommunication system, which will provide redundancy and reliability of the calls and will also optimize the ACB telephony expenses. The new communication system is equipped with applications that will provide additional functionality, flexibility and mobility. Sofia, 11.09.2009 - In reference with signals received from Telecom Business Solutions Ltd. clients about conversations with Telegroup's employees, who claim that the Serbian company controls the business of TBS Ltd and as a company, which is keen on the correctness and trust in the relations with its clients, we, from TBS Ltd. feel obliged to declare that these statements do not correspond to the reality.
As we announced in a press release on 17.04.2009, reckoned from 17.07.2009 the companies dissolved their business engagements. Due to the present moment the partnership of the companies is officially dissolved and TBS Ltd. has no relations with Telegroup.

Partnering with ITA Trade Ltd, TBS installed systems from the MX-ONE series of the Canadian company Aastra that acquired the Enterprise business of the Swedish telecommunication giant Ericsson in 2008.
The strategies of the companies for business development of the producer Aastra in Bulgaria are materially different
Sofia, 17.04.2009 -Telecom Business Solutions Ltd. and the Serbian company Telegroup are dissolving their partnership. On the Serbian company's initiative, reckoned from 17.07.2009 the companies will dissolve officially their business engagements. The motives, pointed out by Telegroup are that during the last months, the cooperation with Telecom Business Solutions was not to their interest and that the continuing of their partnership agreement could cause additional significant damages to the position, that the company holds and to its strategy and interests. Telecom Business Solutions accepts these motives and considers that the significant difference between the strategies of both companies for developing the business with telecommunication equipment of the global telecommunication leader Aastra in Bulgaria is insuperable obstacle for their further partnership. We, from Telecom Business Solutions, insist that there should be regulated rules for the resellers, clear price policy and we will not tolerate monopolistic behavior, which is at variance as well as with our Company Policy as with the good European practices that Bulgaria aim at.
Telecom Business Solutions Ltd. and the Greek Integrated Enterprise Networks Ltd. (I.E.N.) entered into an agreement for strategic partnership. Both companies are representatives of the global telecommunication leader Aastra (Ericsson). The Bulgarian company is an authorized reseller since the year of 2006, and the Greek company was established in the year 2000 as a successor of the technical department for corporative communications solutions of Ericsson, afterwards it became an authorized reseller and now the company is an authorized partner for all the corporative solutions, and from 2008 it has representation in Bulgaria.
