Building on their successful cooperation, TBS Ltd. and Egypt’s National Organization for Military Production (NOMP) have reached a new milestone in their strategic partnership during the El Alamein International Airshow 2026.

The two organizations signed three new Annexes further expanding the Partnership Agreement established in 2024. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of H.E. Major General Salah Soliman Gomblat, Minister of State for Military Production, underscoring the importance of the cooperation and its contribution to the development of advanced defense technologies and industrial capabilities in Egypt.

The three Annexes expand the partnership into key areas of advanced defense technology, covering counter-UAS solutions, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and extended-range artillery systems. The cooperation includes the localization of integrated anti-drone solutions, the co-production of advanced UAV systems, and cooperation in the field of extended-range artillery in Egypt.

As an important first step in translating the expanded cooperation into concrete action, TBS Ltd. will deliver the first anti-drone system of its kind in Egypt, providing a platform for operational evaluation and supporting the further development and localization of counter-UAS capabilities.

The signing marks the beginning of a new phase in the TBS Ltd.–NOMP partnership, bringing together technological expertise, industrial capabilities and local production with the objective of establishing a sustainable framework for long-term cooperation in advanced defense technologies.

Through this expanded partnership, TBS Ltd. and NOMP reaffirm their commitment to strengthening technological and industrial cooperation and developing advanced solutions tailored to Egypt’s evolving operational requirements.
