Successful Business Forum in Abu Dhabi

A UAE – Bulgaria business forum took place in Abu Dhabi on 1 September 2022, organized by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce. The forum was part of the program of the official visit of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, who was invited by the President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Representatives of leading Bulgarian companies discussed prospects for cooperation in the field of high-tech manufacturing and innovation, transport, information and communication technologies, energy and defence industry with companies from the UAE. Opportunities for investments in Bulgaria and joint projects between companies from both countries were also considered.

“Bulgaria aims at a much more active bilateral dialogue with the United Arab Emirates, leading to concrete results in energy, high technology, innovation, transport and other areas of mutual interest”, President Radev said upon his arrival in the UAE.

Together with our strategic partners, we had the opportunity to share our innovative products and services portfolio in the Space Science & Observation Technologies field with the representatives of the government and business of the UAE. Thereafter, we explored possible synergies for future collaboration in the space sector with the esteemed local companies, government agencies and organizations.
