TBS Ltd. had the honour of hosting the Regular General Assembly of the Bulgarian Defence Industry Association Acad. Stefan Vodenicharov (BDIA), bringing together representatives from across the national defence sector for strategic discussions on priorities, challenges and future opportunities. The forum provided a constructive environment for aligning industry perspectives at a time of growing European cooperation in defence capabilities and innovation.

Following the General Assembly, TBS welcomed the European Defence Agency for a dedicated working session led by Eleftherios Andreadis, Policy Officer for Industry Engagement and EU Policies. Mr. Andreadis delivered an extended presentation on EDA’s industry engagement framework, EU defence initiatives, cooperation mechanisms and funding instruments. The session concluded with an in-depth Q&A, enabling productive dialogue between BDIA members and EDA on potential areas for future cooperation.

The meetings were accompanied by a networking lunch that encouraged informal discussions and strengthened professional ties among participants. Representatives from across the defence sector used the opportunity to exchange perspectives, connect with colleagues and build on the constructive atmosphere established during the General Assembly.

The occasion also marked the official opening ceremony of the new TBS office, which welcomed guests for the first time and presented a modern, representative space befitting the scale and professionalism of the company’s activities. The opening comes at a symbolic moment, as TBS approaches its 20th anniversary in March 2026, a milestone that reflects two decades of sustained development, long-term partnerships and a proven presence across global defence and security markets.
