TBS Ltd. has signed a strategic partnership agreement with EDGE Group PJSC (EDGE). EDGE is one of the world’s leading advanced technology and defence groups. The signing ceremony took place during an EDGE Group delegation visit to Bulgaria, during which members of EDGE’s senior management met with local dignitaries as well as industry partners, providing the Group the opportunity to showcase its capabilities, explore potential collaborations, and expand its footprint in the Eastern European region.
Speaking on the partnership, Stefan Galabov, General Manager of TBS Ltd., said: “The collaboration with EDGE would allow TBS Ltd, to expand and diversify our product and service offering by adding additional value to our esteemed partners, while at the same time would enable EDGE to grow their footprint in Bulgaria and the Eastern European region. The strategic agreement affirms the already established co-operation between the two companies in numerous domains.”
TBS and EDGE will seek to expand collaboration through international trade advancement, knowledge transfer, research and development within space science technologies, cyber security, security communication, land vehicle acquisition, and range development.
