TBS Ltd. has signed another major contract with the Ministry of the Military Production of the Arab Republic of Egypt during the last day of the EDEX – Egypt Defence Expo 2023. Preceding the contract signature TBS together with the CEO of Samel-90 PLC, H.E. the Ambassador of Bulgaria and the Head of Trade and Commercial Section of the Bulgarian Embassy were honoured to meet with the Minister of State for Military Production, H.E. Engineer Mohamed Salahaddin Mustafa. The minister complimented TBS for being one of the most significant partners of the Ministry of Military Production and underlined the importance of leveraging and expanding on the already successful strategic cooperation.
Minister Mohamed Salah has also visited the booth of TBS at EDEX, where he witnessed the capabilities of our next generation touchless biometric access control device, utilizing cutting-edge technology, including four-finger biometrics and palm vein recognition. He was impressed with this groundbreaking device and by the fact that the technology behind has been jointly developed by a team of Bulgarian and Egyptian IT security experts.
The third edition of EDEX proved to be an enormous success for TBS Ltd. as numerous opportunities, such as the Electronic Warfare, Personnel Protection, Cyber Security and Biometrics were elaborated upon with existing and potential partners from the region.
