TBS Ltd. took part in AFCEA TechNet Sofia 2025, held on 25–26 November at the Central Military Club in Sofia. The conference was opened by the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, setting the tone for a programme focused on current priorities in defence, security and technological development. This year’s edition again brought forward initiatives and perspectives from national institutions, defence organisations and industry partners.

As part of the cybersecurity track, TBS contributed with a presentation focused on the impact of advancing quantum technologies on current security systems. The session introduced the “Q-Day” concept and explained how quantum computing could challenge today’s encryption standards, outlining why organisations and national infrastructures need to begin planning for post-quantum security requirements.

Through its contribution to TechNet Sofia 2025, TBS continues to support national partners with capabilities in secure communications, defence technology and cyber readiness. The company works closely with specialised technology partners to address both current and emerging threats, supporting Bulgaria’s wider efforts to enhance operational resilience in an evolving security landscape.
